Thank you for shopping with Milou Kidswear. We hope your little ones love their Milou outfits! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
All products are eligible for return within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return or refund:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with price tags intact
- A copy of the invoice or proof of purchase must be included
How to Initiate a Return
We offer free returns across most parts of India. You can request a return using either of the following methods:
- Log in to your account on www.milou.co.in, go to Profile → Order History, and select the eligible order
- Email us at wecare@underlinen.com with your Order Number
Once your request is received, we’ll arrange a pickup. Please note that it may take 3–4 working days to schedule the pickup.
Kindly ensure the product is neatly packed and securely sealed before the courier arrives.
Self-Shipping Option
If pickup is not available at your location, you may self-ship the product to the address mentioned on your invoice.
- Please use a reliable courier service
- Ensure the product is safely packed and securely sealed
- Shipping charges will be refunded along with the product amount
Important Return Guidelines
- All returned items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Please include a copy of the invoice inside the return package
- Any free gift or promotional item must also be returned
- Incorrect items returned by mistake will not be replaced or sent back
- Damage during transit for self-shipped returns will invalidate the return or refund
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 8–10 working days.
Refund Method
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

- Account Holder Name
- Bank Account Number
- Bank Name
- IFSC Code
